Stuffed tomato is a tasty and easy recipe. You just need to take care while frying. You can use Microwave or air fryer also.
5 medium size red and tight tomatoes
3 medium size potatoes
1 big onion
1 green chilly chopped (optional)
1/2 tbsp green coriander leaves
1 tea spoon red chilly powder
1/4 tea spoon garam massala
1/2 tea spoon kasoori methi
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
salt to taste
3 tbsp refined oil
1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds

Recipe : Boil the potatoes for 1 whistle, let them cool, peel the skin and mash them properly.
Chop the onions and add them to mashed potatoes along with all the spices, coriander leaves, green chilly and salt to taste and mix well.
Wash the tomatoes, now carefully remove the cap with the help of a sharp knife, keep the cap aside and remove the pulp carefully.
Now fill the stuffing in the tomato carefully, place the cap and fix it with the help if tooth pic, take care the tooth pic should not pierce the tomato bottom.
Prepare all the tomatoes in the same way.
Now heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add the tomatoes and fry them from all the sides on low flame.
You can hold the top of tooth pic and turn them to fry properly or can use microwave also.
Remove the cap and tooth pic. Serve hot with chapati or puri.
