Baraf ka Gola is my favorite summer recipe. Since my childhood, whenever, I used to go to my Home Town, I always used to crave for this Baraf, which was popular by the name of Sohanji ki Baraf. There was a School opposite our house and every day, Sohanji , an old man use to sell this delicious Baraf outside the School.We have to wait for our turn in the huge crowd of students surrounding his stall I still remember the magical taste of that Baraf. I have tried to give that taste to this recipe. I hope you all will like it. Instead of using artificial colors of baraf, I have used Rooh Afza which is healthy, You can also use different flavor squash of your choice, but the taste of mava goes well this flavor. 
Ingredients :
3 cup crushed ice
3 tbsp Rooh Afza ( or as per taste )
½ cup cream
½ cup full cream milk
¼ tea spoon ghee
2 tea spoon sugar
¼ tea spoon cardamom powder
Red and green tutti frutti
Baraf ka gola
Recipe :
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. 
Add cream,sugar, cardamom powder and milk and cook on medium flame continuously stirring, till the mixture becomes thick like condensed milk. 
Turn off the heat and let it cool. 
Fill the crushed ice in 3 bowls, add 1 tbsp Rooh Afza ( without adding water ), add some mava, garnish with turri frutti and serve immediately. 
It is very delicious treat for summers and kids will just love it.
