Patta Gobhi ke Parathe ( Cabbage Parathe )
Patta Gobhi Paratha are very delicious in taste. Paratha are favorite breakfast of Indians. I always try new recipes of Paratha. Today, I am sharing the popular recipe of Patta Gobhi ke Parathe. You can make stuffing also, but I have mixed the Cabbage to the flour along with spring onions, spices and green coriander leaves.
2 cup wheat flour
1 cup thickly grated cabbage
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1 tbsp green coriander leaves chopped
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 tea spoon refined oil
cow ghee for shallow fry ( as per requirement )
Recipe : Add salt to taste and all the spices ,1 tea spoon refined oil along with cabbage, green coriander leaves and spring onion to wheat flour and knead a medium ( not too hard and not too soft ) dough with the help of water.
Heat a non-stick pan. Make medium balls of the dough and roll them with the help of rolling pin and some dry flour in a circle shape.
Shallow fry it on medium flame from both the sides using cow ghee till golden crispy from both the sides.
A very tasty and healthy breakfast of Cabbage Parathe is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, chutney and curd. They just melt in your mouth.
