Ingredients for dough :
Take ½ cup hot water and add yeast to it and mix well. Now mix all the ingredients of dough and ad the yeast water and make a soft dough. Place it in a bowl and cover it with a plastic sheet and keep it for 2 hours.
After 2 hours, the dough will become double in size.
Take some oil in your pal and knead it again for 5 minutes.
Now Roll it with the help of rolling pin.
Take a non-stick pan, brush it with oil.
Place the pizza base over it. Spread pizza sauce over it evenly.
Sprinkle, chili flakes and oregano and little salt.
Now spread 1 cup grated cheese over it, then sliced onions & sweet corn.
Heat a non-stick tava on high flame for 10 minutes.
Place this pan over the tava, cover it with a lid, low down the flame and cook it on low flame for about 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile take the rest 1 cup grate cheese and melt it by placing the bowl of cheese in hot water.
When the pizza is ready, spread kurkure over it, pour the melted cheese over them.
Crunchy Kurkure pizza is ready.
