Home remedies for oily skin in summer are very important for females. Oily skin is boon to long lasting young looking skin.
During winter season, your skin looks amazing, you even don’t need to apply even moisturizer, because the natural oils of your skin take care of it. But there is one disadvantage of it.
During, summer season, your face becomes too oily, dull and greasy. The problem becomes worse, during monsoon.
Today, we will discuss about home remedies and natural remedies for oily skin in summer.
There are so many cosmetics available in market, among those cleanser, toner & moisturizer are very popular. We often get attracted towards these cosmetics & try them.
But mind well, if your skin is oily, you don’t need even moisturizer till your 30’s.
You just need to take care of your skin naturally & stay away from cosmetics & make-up as far as possible.
I am the best example of oily skin. Always relied on natural things to take care of my skin from my teenage.
Today, I am mother of a young boy, and nobody can reveal my exact age.
I have not applied anything on my face in this picture. So, try to be natural in taking care of your skin.
For everyday cleaning of your face, use chickpea flour ( besan ubtan )once a day & Patanjali saundarya Neem Tulsi face wash or Himalaya face wash for oily skin. I am giving some different ubtan recipes below.
1. One tea spoon chickpea flour mixed with fresh curd.
Apply on your face & neck. Scrub when it is half dry.
Wash your face with water. Pat dry.This ubtan not only clean your skin, it will protect from sun tan.
2. Take 1 tea spoon rice, 1 tea spoon pink split lentil (masoor dal ) & 1 tea spoon gram lentil.
Grind them separately & then mix them & keep in an air tight container.
Take 1/2 tea spoon mixture in a bowl, add some rose water & make a semi liquid paste.
Rub this mixture on your face with light hands for 2-3 minutes. Let it dry. Wash your face with water. Pat dry. This pack is very good for oily skin.
3. Take one tea spoon cucumber juice, 1 tea spoon lemon juice & 1 tea spoon tomato juice. Mix them well.
You can keep it in refrigerator, or can make ice cubes of it.
Apply it on your face, massage gently, let it dry. Wash your face with water. Pat dry.
This will not only reduce oiliness of your skin but will also bleach your skin naturally if you apply it daily.
4.Rub pure Chandon on a stone slab and make paste of it. Add few drops of rose water and apply it on your face. Let it dry. Wash your face, pat dry. This will also help in reducing oiliness of your skin and will give your skin a fragrance and fresh look.
5. Apply fresh Aloevera gel at night on your face and leave it overnight. See the magic in the morning. You will get fresh flawless skin. Aloevera is good for both oily & dry skin.
Besides following all these tips, you should drink plenty of water.
Coconut water, Orange juice, watermelon, Amla murabba, butter milk will keep your skin fresh & beautiful in summers.
Stay away from make-up & cosmetics.
If you need to go to some party, simply apply Lakme CC cream.
It will control the oil of you skin and will not flow away with your sweat.
But don’t forget to remove it after you are back.
If you are a working women or student, carry spray rose water in your handbag.
Whenever you feel your face is getting oily, just go to wash room, spray it on your face, and pat dry with a tissue.
You will get a fresh look in few seconds.
