How to make pancakes without eggs and baking powder
There are lots of method to make Pan Cakes. Pan cakes are mostly made using eggs and baking powder, but I have not used both the ingredients and made Pan cakes in Indian style. So delicious and mouth melting. You will just love them.
Normally Pan cakes are thick, but as I am not using eggs and baking soda, I have made them a little thinner. But they taste very yummy. So let us start.

Recipe Ingredients :
1 cup wheat flour
3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla custard powder
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Hershey’s Chocolate Caramel syrup ( as per requirement )
Hershey’s Strawberry syrup ( as per requirement )
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
Cow ghee or refined oil (as per requirement)
Take wheat flour, cardamom powder, custard powder, milk and sugar in a bowl and mix well with the help of a blender.
Keep it for an hour. The batter will become fluffy.
You can add some more milk for required batter consistency.
Whisk it for 5 minutes in one direction.
Now heat a non-stick pan.
Spread a ladle of batter over it evenly.
Add very little oil or ghee on the edges.
Turn and fry from the other side also.
Prepare all the Pan cakes in the same way.
Now spread some Chocolate caramel syrup, then some Strawberry syrup.
Spread some chopped walnuts.
Delicious Pan cakes are ready.
You can serve them in two ways.
Either fold it twice and serve.
Or place all the Pan cakes in a Horizontal row and cut like a cake and serve.
