We Indians love spicy chaat. Bhel puri, sev puri, chole tikki, pani puri are our all time favorite chaat. Dahi puri is one of the famous street food of India. I have tried to make it healthy, by adding sprouts to it. Very easy and yummy dish. You just need to take care of making chutney. Green chutney, red chutney and sweet tamarind chutney are key ingredients to this dish. If you make perfect chutney, your dish is going to taste awesome. So, let us start making sprout Dahi puri.

Preparation time – 15 minutes
Servings – 1 plate
6-7 pani puri
1 cup curd whipped
1/2 cup sprouts boiled for 2 minutes
1 onion finely chopped
1/4 cup pomegranate
salt to taste
rock salt to taste
1/4 tea spoon chaat masala
1/4 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
1/4 tea spoon dry mint powder
1 tbsp nylon sev
1/2 cup green coriander leaves chopped for garnish
1/2 cup green chutney
1/2 cup red chutney
1 cup sweet tamarind chutney
Prepare Green chutney, red chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.

Make holes in pani puri, fill it with some sprouts, then chopped onions.
Add 1/2 teaspoon green chutney to all the puri.
Then add 1/2 tea poon red chutney to all the puri.
Fill 1 teaspoon whipped curd to all the puri.
Finally pour 1 teaspoon sweet tamarind chutney to all the puri.
Spread some pomegranate seeds, sprinkle all the salt and spices, garnish with green coriander leaves and nylon sev.
Yummy Dahi puri with sprout is ready. Serve immediately.
