Makki ki roti



Makki ki roti is prepared in India during winters and served with lot of ghee, sarso ka saag or palak ka saag and jaggery. Keeps your body warm in winters and it is very delicious. Mitti ka tawa gives it a awesome taste. Crispy from outside and soft from inside.
Ingredients : Maize Flour ¾ cup
                       Wheat Flout ¼ cup
                       Salt to taste
                       2 tsp ghee
Recipe : Mix wheat and corn flour add salt to taste and knead a fine dough.
You need to knead the dough properly for smooth chapati.
Prepare a ball and give a shape of roti by hands. 
Then keep the roti on rolling pin and give a finishing by rolling pin with light hands. 
Put a mitti ka tawa on gas, and cook the roti on tawa on medium flame. 
It takes much time to cook. 
You need to be patient while cooking. 
When it is properly cooked, add 2 tsp ghee inside the roti. 
Serve with jaggery and green vegetables.
