Pani puri recipe


Ingredients :
Gole Gappe 15
2 potatoes boiled
1 onion chopped
1 tsp green chutney
2 cup grapes
1/2 cup water
2 green chili
1 tea spoon glucose powder
1/2 tea spoon rock salt
1/2 tea spoon dry pudina (mint) powder
roasted cumin seeds powder
salt to taste
Raita boondi 1 tsp
2 green chili


Recipe : First, add green chutney and onions to boiled potatoes and mash them and keep aside. 
Now for water, Grind grapes, coriander leaves,green chili with 1/2 cup water and make a smooth paste. 
Separate the water from pulp with the help of a steel sieve. 
Add rock salt, cumin seeds powder,mint powder, glucose powder and salt to taste and mix well. 
Add raita boondi. 
Water is ready. 
Fill the Gole Gappa Balls with potato filling, add water and enjoy the taste.

Note : You can also add chaat masala to water, but the dry mango powder is not good for health, so I don t use it.
