Cheesy mung sprouts is a healthy soup recipe innovated by me. Made with milk, cheese and black pepper. Very easy, yummy and healthy recipe of soup.
Ingredients :
1 cup mung sprouts
2 cup milk
1/2 tea spoon corn flour
1 tea spoon butter
1/2 tea spoon black pepper coarsely grinned
1 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
salt to taste
Recipe : Boil the sprouts for 5 minutes and keep aside. 
Heat butter in pan, add corn flour, saute for 1 minute, add milk and cook continuously stirring till the milk becomes thick. 
Add boiled sprouts, black pepper, salt to taste, cheese and cook stirring for 5-7 minutes. 
Serve hot.
