A healthy twist to normal Khaman, by adding sprouts to it. I have also used red chili powder to make it spicy and yummy. Give it a try.
Ingredients :
2 cup besan ( chickpea flour )
1 cup curd beaten
1 tea spoon lemon juice
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 cup sprouts boiled
1 tbsp refined oil
1 sachet eno powder
1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds
1/2 tea spoon sesame seeds
5-6 curry leaves
2-3 green chili slit
pinch of asafoetida
green coriander leaves chopped
Recipe : Mix curd with besan and make a fine batter.
Keep for 30 minutes. 
Add salt to taste, red chili powder,turmeric powder, sprouts, lemon juice and mix well.  
Add eno powder and mix well, pour the batter in a greased plate and steam for 10-12 minutes. 
Let it cool. Cut square pieces.
Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chili and pour the tadka on khaman. 
Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with chutney.
