Palak Pakora kadhi
We always make pakora kadhi, I have added palak to pakora to make it healthy and push the palak into non-palak eaters in a tasty way. Red chili powder tadka of ghee give it a beautiful mouth watering look. Tasty and healthy pakora kadhi recipe.

Ingredients :
250 gm palak cleaned and chopped
1 liter chhach (butter milk)
1 tea spoon ginger, green chili paste
2 tea spoon chickpea flour
2 tbsp ghee
1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds
pinch of asafoetida
salt to taste
3/4 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1/2 tea spoon fennel seeds
1 cup chickpea flour for pakoras
refined oil for deep fry as per requirement. 

Recipe : Take 1 cup chickpea flour, add some red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and fennel seeds and make a batter of pakora with the help of water. 
Add 1/2 cup chopped spinach and keep aside for 1/2 hour.  
After 1/2 hour, make pakoras of batter on medium flame and keep aside.
Mix butter milk and 2 tea spoon chickpea flour, salt to taste, turmeric powder, ginger, chili paste in a blender. 
Keep it on gas, and stir continuously till it comes to boil. 
Add remaining spinach and cook it on low flame for 15 minutes. Add pakora and cook for 5 minutes and turn off the gas. 
Now heat ghee in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds,  when they crackle, add asafoetida, and remaining red chili powder and pour it over prepared kadhi. 
Serve with rice or chapatis.
