Paneer bhurji
Paneer bhurji is a famous breakfast dish made from crumbled paneer, onions and vegetables. Goes well with roti, paratha and can be used in sandwich also. Quick, easy and tasty dish.
Ingredients :
Paneer (cottage cheese) 50 gms
1 big onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1 medium capsicum chopped
1/2 tea spoon green chili, ginger,garlic paste
1/2 tea spoon maggi masala
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon cumin seeds
pinch of asafoetida
3 tbsp refined oil


Recipe : Grate the paneer and keep aside. 
Heat oil in a  non stick pan, add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add asafoetida and onions, saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add ginger garlic paste, saute for 2-3 minutes, add capsicum, saute for 3-4 minutes, add all the spices and salt, saute.
Add paneer and mix well, add tomatoes and saute for 3-4 minutes. 
Tasty Paneer bhurji is ready.
Serve hot.
