Paneer Lababdar recipePaneer Lababdar is a spicy recipe of Paneer cooked in aromatic     spicy tomato gravy, creamy and delicious.


Ingredients :
I00 gm paneer (cottage cheese )
2 big tomatoes
10 cashew nuts
1 green chili
2 cloves1/2 inch ginger
2 garlic 2 medium onions chopped
¼ cup cream
2 tbsp butter
1 bay leaf
½ tea spoon cumin powder
½ tea spoon coriander powder
¼ tea spoon garam masala
½ tea spoon red chili  powder
½ tea spoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves chopped
½ cup water
Paneer Lababdar recipe.

Recipe : Take I cup water in a vessel, add tomatoes, cloves, green chili, ginger, garlic and cashew nut and boil it for 10 minutes. Blend the mixture after cooling to a smooth paste.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add bay leaf and onions, cook till they become transparent, add all the spices and salt to taste and sauté. 
Add the blended paste and cook till the mixture leaves butter. 
Add cream and cook for 5 minutes, add ½ cup hot water and cook for 5 minutes. 
Add paneer cubes and sauté for 3-4 minutes, turn off the gas.
Garnish with green coriander leaves and grated paneer and serve hot.

Nice ! Is it necessary to boil the onions and other things ?

Yes, it will remove the extra spice and give a creamy texture.
