Instant Amla Achar


Amla achar is very good for digestion. You should include it in your daily diet. This is instant recipe and does not require much oil, so healthy too. Quick and simple recipe of achar.
Ingredients :
250 gm Amla (gooseberry)
2 tbsp mustard oil
½ tea spoon fennel seeds
½ tea spoon black cumin seeds
½ tea spoon fenugreek seeds
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon salt
1tea spoon coriander powder
1 tea spoon roasted cumin powder
¾ tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon fennel seeds powder
instant amla achar

Recipe : Boil amla for 5-7 minutes. 
Let them cool , deseed them. 
Now heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds andblack cumin seeds, when they crackle, add the amla and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add all the spices, salt and cook on low flame stirring for 5 minutes. 
Tasty amla achar is ready to serve with puri, parantha and chapatti. 
You can keep it in refrigerator for a week.
