vegetable idli recipe.
Semolina idli, made with carrot, cabbage, green peas, capsicum and mustard tadka, a very healthy and nutritious breakfast for all age groups.

Ingredients :
300 gm semolina
300 ml butter milk
½ cup cabbage grated
½ cup carrot chopped
½ cup peas
¼ cup capsicum chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp refined oil
½ tea spoon mustard seeds
½ tea spoon turmeric powder
½ sachet eno

Recipe : Mix semolina and butter milk and keep for half an hour. 
Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, all the veggies and make a fine batter. 
Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds and pour the tadka into the batter and mix well. 
Now add eno, pour some water on eno and mix well.
Grease the idli stand, pour the batter carefully in all scoops. Steam the idli in a steamer for approx. 10 minutes. 
Let them cool, then remove from the idli stand and serve with coconut chutney.
