      Fruit Custard

Ingredients :
½ liter gold milk
2 heaped tea spoon vanilla custard
1 heaped tbsp. sugar ( or as per taste )
1 cup green grapes
1 cup black grapes
½ cup banana cut into pieces
½ cup chikoo cut into pieces
¾ cup apple cut into pieces
4-5 cherries
A Very tasty and healthy Fruit custard recipe. Perfect Dessert.You can add any fruits of your choice and can also add some dry fruits or cranberries to make it more tasty.
Recipe : Mix 2 heaped tea spoon custard in 3 tea spoon milk. Heat rest of the milk.
When it comes to boil, add sugar, mix well, add custard dissolved in milk slowly stirring to avoid lumps, cook for 2-3 minutes stirring and turn off the gas. 
Cool the custard and blend it in a blender to avoid lumps. 
Now add all the fruits, garnish with cherries, refrigerate for an hour and serve chilled.

Note : Some people like custard thick, but my family likes it in a pudding form, so you can increase the quantity of custard powder if you want it thick.
