       Spinach, potato, onion Fritters



Ingredients :
3 potatoes
2 cup chickpea flour
1 medium onion chopped
½ cup spring onions cut into pieces
1 green chilly chopped
1 and ½ cup spinach ( washed and cut )
½ tea spoon fennel seeds
½ tea spoon red chilly powder
½ tea spoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Refined oil for deep fry ( as per requirement )
Pakora is an all time favorite snack of Indians. They are chickpea flour fritter loaded with onions, potatoes, green chili, spinach etc. Today, sharing a recipe of onion potato fritters.

Recipe : Add chickpea flour to a bowl, add spinach, spring onions, onion, green chilly, fennel seeds, spices and salt to taste and make a fine batter. 
Keep it for an hour. 
Peel the potatoes and make thin chips and keep them in a bowl of water. 
After an hour, mix the batter once again clockwise. 
Heat oil in a pan. 
Take out the potatoes from water, squeeze  the water with light hands and add them to the batter. 
Now cover a single chip in the batter and deep fry it on low flame from both the sides till golden brown in color. 
Prepare all the fritters in same way. 
Serve hot with ketchup.
