Monaco toppings

Ingredients :
12 Monaco biscuits
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp black chick pea
1 tea spoon nylon sev
1 small cube Amul cheese
1 tbsp cottage cheese grated
1/4 carrot cut into thin slices
1 tea spoon green peas boiled
1 tea spoon onions chopped
4 onion slice
4 cucumber slice
1/2 tomato
1/4 tea spoon green chutney
pinch of chaat masala
pinch of black pepper powder
salt to taste 

Recipe  1st topping : Soak black chickpea overnight. 
Boil them for 10 minutes in the morning. Let it cool. 
Mix   green chutney,boiled chickpea, onions and salt to taste, Take little mixture and place it on Monaco biscuit,garnish with tomato ketchup, sprinkle nylon sev and serve immediately.

2nd topping : Boil the green peas for 2 minutes. 
Spread grated cottage cheese on Monaco biscuit, keep carrot slice in center and garnish it with green peas. 
Sprinkle black pepper. 
Serve immediately.
3rd topping : Remove the pulp of tomato and cut it in small round shape. 
Now place cucumber slice, then onion slice, then tomato and finally a cheese cube and sprinkle chaat masala and serve immediately.
Kids will just love it.
