sabudana aloo tikki

 Ingredients :
5-6 potatoes boiled and peeled
1/2 cup sabudana
1/2 tea spoon black pepper coarsely grind
green chilly 1 chopped
white rock salt as per taste
1 tbsp singade ka atta
refined oil for shallow fry ( as per requirement )


Recipe : Wash sabudana, drain water and cover it for overnight. 
Mash or grate the boiled potatoes, grating will avoid lumps. Now mix sabudana, green chilly, black pepper, rock salt and singadha flour and make a fine mixture.
If you feel the mixture sticky, you can add some more singade ka atta. 
Apply oil on your hands and make small tikki of the mixture. Heat a non-stick pan, shallow fry all the tikki from both the sides on low flame till golden brown in color. 
Serve hot. This is a phalahari dish can eat in the fast.
