      Veg. Burger Indian style
Tried this new recipe, loaded with healthy veggies and cheese. Came out yummy, kids will just love it. Please do try and share your experience in comments on my blog.

Ingredients :
8 slice sandwich bread ( fresh and soft)
1 tbsp grated cabbage
½ tbsp. grated carrot
½ tbsp. capsicum finely chopped
1 tbsp spring onions finely chopped
1 cube Amul cheese
¼ tea spoon turmeric powder
½ tea spoon red chilly powder
Salt to taste
½ tbsp. refined oil
Refined oil for shallow fry ( as per requirement )
Recipe : Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add spring onions, sauté, add all the veggies , spices and salt to taste and sauté for 3-4 minutes. 
Let it cool. 
Take 2 bread slice, place some mixture on one slice in circle shape in center part, leave the edges. 
Sprinkle some grated cheese and cove with the other slice. 
Take a steel bowl with sharp edges, and place it on the bread and press, remove the corners of bread, cut by bowl. 
When you remove the bowl, you will find a circle shape bread with stuff of vegetable. 
Heat 1 tbsp refined oil in a non-stick pan, place two burger and fry till golden in color from both the sides. 
Prepare all burgers in the same way. 
Serve hot with tomato ketchup. 
If you want to go for more healthy, you can use air fryer.
