Oats are rich source of fiber. Whole oats are rich in Antioxidants, they can lower cholesterol  level. Fights Cancer, constipation, improves immunity and promote bone health. If you want to loose weight in healthy way, then you should include them in your dinner along with salad and see the result.
 So many benefits of eating Oats, then why not make them tasty ? I have shared Oats idly recipe earlier, today, I am going to share the recipe of Oats with dry fruits. So let us start. It is simple, quick and yummy.

Ingredients :
1 cup plain Saffola oats
2 cup milk
1 tbsp honey
8 Almonds
5 cashew-nuts
15 raisins
¼ tea spoon cardamom powder
1 tea spoon cow ghee (optional)
Recipe : Chop the dry fruits. 
Wash the raisins and keep aside. 
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add oats and fry them for 6-7 minutes. 
If you are preparing oats for weight loss, you can skip ghee and roast them without ghee in a non-stick pan on low flame. 
Add cardamom powder, hot milk and dry fruits and cook stirring for 4-5 minutes. 
Turn off the gas. 
Add honey, garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
You can use more dry fruits of your choice.
