Mango, the King of fruits is back. Mango is not only good in taste, but it prevents cancer, improves eye health, lowers cholesterol and full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. I am sharing my innovative recipe of mango pudding. It is very simple, I have used rasgulla, along with Mango, milk and custard powder. Rasgulla is a good source of calcium and I have squeezed the sugar syrup, so no extra calories. Try his healthy recipe of Mango Pudding.

Ingredients :
3 ripe Mango ( dashari will be good )
1 glass milk
1 tea spoon vanilla custard powder
3 tea spoon sugar
3- medium size rasgulla
6-7 almonds
8-10 raisins
Recipe : Mix 1 tea spoon cusatrd in 3 tea spoon cold milk. 
Boil rest of the milk, add sugar, slowly add the custard powder mixture continuously stirring and cook it of 5-6 minutes on medium flame. 
Turn off the gas. Let it cool completely. 
Peel and cut 2 Mangoes in big cubes and 1 Mango in small pieces. Take a blender, add custard milk and big mango cubes and blend it to a smooth paste. 
Pour this mixture ina Big bowl. 
Squeeze the syrup of rasgulla, mash them and add them to mango mixture, also add the small pieces of Mango to it. 
Keep it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. 
Garnish with almonds, raisins and mashed rasgulla and serve chilled.
