Very simple, healthy and tasty starter recipe. No cooking is required.
 Ingredients :
2 papad
1 big tomato
1 medium onion
1 small Chinese kheera ( cucumber)
10-12 peanuts
1/2 green chilly
coriander leaves chopped
1/2 tea spoon chaat masala
1/4 tea spoon black rock salt
pinch of dry mint powder
1 tea spoon Bikaner bhujia

Recipe : Roast the papad from both the sides on gas on medium flame and keep aside. 
You can use microwave also. 
Roast the peanuts in a pan without oil for 4-5 minute, remove the skin and chop them. 
Remove the pulp of tomato and chop them finely. 
Peel the skin of onion and chop them finely. 
Chop the green chilly. 
Remove the seeds of cucumber and chop it. 
Mix all the chopped vegetables and green coriander leaves in a bowl. 
Add all the spices to it and mix well. 
Make four pieces of roasted papad. 
Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over it, garnish with peanuts and Bikaneri bhujiya and serve immediately.
