Healthy snacks
I always try innovative recipes. There was some extra chaula ki fali in the refrigerator. Tried this healthy breakfast recipe and came out so good. Best way to push some nutrition into kids and people who don't eat vegetables. You can serve without telling that there is any vegetable in it and nobody will recognize it. Very simple, healthy and yummy breakfast recipe. Let us start.

Ingredients :
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup curd
1 cup chola ki fali
1 medium onion
1 green chili
1/2 cup fresh coconut grated
some fresh green coriander leaves chopped
salt to taste
refined oil 1 tea spoon
refined oil for shallow fry as per requirement

Recipe : Wash and cut the chola ki fali in medium pieces.
Cut onions and green chili into small pieces.
Mix semolina, curd and 1/2 cup water and keep it for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile chop the chola fali in a chopper and then onions and green chili.
Heat 1 tea soon oil in a non-stick pan.
Add onions and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add chola fali and salt to taste and saute for 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas, let it cool.
Add some salt and little water to the batter and make a batter thinner than uttapam batter.
Mix the chola fali mixture in the batter.
Heat the same non-stick pan after wiping it with a cloth.
Take one ladle batter and spread in round shape like chilla.
Add little oil to the edges, turn and shallow fry from both the sides.
Spread fresh grated coconut and green coriander leaves and roll the chilla.
You can also use paneer instead of coconut if you like.

Healthy snacks

Cut into small pieces and serve with tomato ketchup.
Tasty and healthy breakfast is ready.
