Today, sharing my recipe of veg. noodle rice made with noodles, rice and vegetables.When you are not in a mood to cook or eat dinner, try this recipe, it is mouth watering. I have not used all the everyday spices, and given a twist by using Maggie masala. Garlic ginger paste gives it an awesome taste, but if you don,t like ginger garlic, you can skip it, it tastes very good without it also. So let us start.

Servings - 3 to 4

 
Recipe Ingredients :
1/2 cup basmati rice
1 maggie packet
1 big onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
2 tbsp refined oil
1/2 tea spoon lemon juice
1 tea spoon Maggie masala
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tbsp refined oil
3-4 curry leaves

Recipe instructions : 
Boil the rice in 1,1/4 cup water, add lemon juice while cooking.
Keep them aside. Slice the bell peppers and onions.
Boil Maggie along with taste maker and 1 tea spoon oil in 1 cup water.
Don't cover the lid and keep it aside.
Take 1 tea spoon red chili powder in a bowl.
Heat 1 tbsp refined oil in a tadka pan, let it cool for 1 minute and add it to red chili powder. 
Heat 2 tbsp refined oil in a pan, add curry leaves and onions, saute for 2 minutes. Add garlic ginger paste and saute for 2 minutes.
Add bell peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1 tea spoon Maggie masala, turmeric powder and salt to taste, mix well.
Add the boiled rice and mix well.
Finally add the cooked noodles and mix well. Turn off the gas.
Serve the noodles after adding the red chili & oil tadka over it.
Very delicious noodle rice are ready.
