Milk Peda
recipe is a very popular sweet of India. Mostly offered to God as a prasad.
Peda can be made with mava, condensed milk and milk. I am sharing Milk Peda
recipe. Given a twist to it by adding caramel syrup, which gives it a mouth
melting taste. Once you taste it, you will crave for more and more.Kids will
become fan of this sweet. A very simple and quick sweet dish, prepared with
just three ingredients. Perfect after
meal sweet. Let us start.

Servings – 7 peda
Recipe ingredients:
500 ml full cream
milk
1 cup fresh
cream
Sugar to
taste
2 teaspoon
Hershey’s Caramel syrup
½ tea spoon
ghee
Tutti frutti
for garnish red & green
Recipe
instructions:
Heat 500 ml
full cream milk along with1 cup fresh cream in a non-stick pan.
Boil it on
high flame continuously stirring to avoid the cream layer.
When it
becomes thick and one fourth in
quantity, mix sugar to taste.
Add 2
teaspoon Hershey’s caramel syrup, ½ teaspoon ghee and low down the flame.
Cook on low
flame till it leaves ghee and edges of pan.
The mixture
should be not hard and not too soft.
Check by
taking some quantity, cool it and roll it. If it takes proper shape, it is
ready.
Remove from
heat and let it cool completely.
Make round
Peda with the help of you hands, garnish with tutti frutti.
Mouth
watering Peda are ready to serve.
