Vegetable Masala Maggie
Vegetable Masala Maggie is a simple , healthy and yummy recipe which you can have anytime. So let us start.
2 packet Maggie of your choice
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup french beans chopped
1/4 cup carrot finely chopped
1/4 cup capsicum finely chopped
1/4 cup onion finely chopped
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon Maggie vegetable Masala
2 sachet of Maggie taste maker
1 tbsp refined oil
4 cups water
Boil 4 cup of water and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan.
Add Onion and saute till they turn pink.
Add capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add all the vegetables and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Mix all the spices and add 4 cups of the water.
Break the Maggie into 4 pieces and add it to water.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Delicious vegetable Masala Maggie is ready.
