Bread Pudding recipe

Bread Pudding recipe is a simple and yummy dessert recipe. Made with milk, dry fruits and strawberry syrup. Bread should be fresh and soft for this recipe and you need to take care that you stir the milk continiously to avoid the layer. Kids will just love it. So, let us start.

Servings – 2-3 servings

Recipe ingredients:

1liter full cream milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
Sugar to taste
2 teaspoon Hershey’s strawberry syrup
Dry fruits of your choice
Tutti frutti for garnish

Recipe Instructions:

Take 1 liter milk in a non-stick pan and boil it, stirring continuously on high flame till it remains half in quantity.
Mix sugar to taste and boil for more 10 minutes.
Let it cool completely. Add 2 tea spoon Hershey strawberry syrup and blend it well in a blender.
Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut the bread in round shape with help of a cookie cutter. You can also use sharp edge small bowl to cut the bread slice.
Place the round bread pieces ina plate, pour the strawberry milk, add dry fruits of your choice, garnish with tutti frutti.
Delicious Bread pudding is ready to serve.
You can refrigerate it for some more time and serve chilled.
