Leftover

Leftover rice recipe:
Take the
leftover rice in a mixer, add salt to taste, red chili powder, and turmeric
powder and Maggie Masala as per taste and blend it to a paste.
Now
spread a plastic sheet in Sun. Apply little oil to your fingers.
Make small
balls of the mixture; spread it on the sheet with the help of your fingers in a
round shape.
Make all
the papad in same way.
When it
dries from the one side, turn it upside down, let it dry completely in bright
sunlight.
Deep fry
them and enjoy a yummy tea-time snack.
You can
keep them in an airtight container for
2-3 months.
Leftover Dal recipe:
Whenever
there I leftover Dal in the home, you can knead it in the wheat flour.
Don,t use
water. Now make paratha with this dough and see the magic.
