2 cup wheat flour
2 medium white onions
1 tea spoon refined oil, salt to taste
½ tea spoon fennel seeds
1 tbsp chopped green coriander
1 green chili chopped
Cow ghee for shallow fry
Take 2 cup wheat flour, salt to taste, fennel seeds and 1 tea spoon refined oil in a bowl and knead a medium dough with the help of the water.
Now chop the onions with a knife as shown in the pictures, don,t use a chopper. Mix the chopped green chili to it.
Knead the dough once again and make medium equal balls of the dough.
Roll it with the help of a rolling pin, spread the onion chili on the roll evenly, double it, triple it and roll it again. Now the onions are properly merged with the flour.
Again make a ball of the same rolled dough and roll it again.
Brush it with ghee, sprinkle chopped green coriander leaves on it, and fold it as shown in the picture and roll it to make a final ball.
Roll it with light hands.
Heat the skillet, shallow fry it from both the sides till golden brown in color.
Mouth melting delicious Onion Lachha paratha are ready to serve.
