Recipe ingredients:
1 cup Macaroni
1/4 cup white onion finely chopped
1/4 cup tomato ( pulp removed and chopped)
1/2 cup cucumber ( seeds removed and chopped )
1/4 cup capsicum cut into small pieces
Green chutney ( as per taste )
Tomato ketchup ( as per taste )
1/2 tbsp refined oil
1/2 tea spoon Maggie masala
1/4 tea spoon pasta masala
1/4 tea spoon salt

Recipe instructions:
Boil 3 cups water in,a pan, add 1/4 tea spoon salt and few drops of refine oil along with Macaroni and boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
Turn off the gas, cover a lid and wait for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid and strain  the water.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add capsicum and saute for 1 minute, add Macaroni, Maggie masala and pasta masala and cook for 2 minutes stirring.
Let is cool for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile you can chop the vegetables.
Transfer the macaroni to a plate.
Add all the chopped vegetables, green chutney and tomato ketchup as per taste and mix well.
Yummy Macaroni Recipe chaat is ready to serve.
Serve immediately. You can also add nylon sev or aloo bhujiya for crispy taste.
