Dahi puri chaat is famous Bombay street food popular all over India favorite of all. It is prepared by filling different chutneys , potatoes, sprouts, chickpea, curd and onions into the  crispy pani puri balls.It is my favorite chaat.Very delicious and mouth watering recipes for parties because you can prepare it in advance and takes a few minutes for final dish. You can buy the puri ready made from the market. Whenever, I order pani puri from outside, I order extra and make this yummy dahi puri chaat from the leftover puris. Because I find it comfortable to eat this dish at home. Today, sharing this recipe in my style in two ways, either you can use boiled sprouts or white boiled white chickpea. Rest of the ingredients and recipe is same. So, let us start.

Recipe Ingredients:



6-7 pani puri 
1 cup curd whipped 
1/2 cup sprouts boiled for 2 minutes / white chickpea soaked overnight and boiled for 2 whistles
2  medium potatoes boiled for 1 whistle.
1 onion chopped 
1/4 cup pomegranate 
salt to taste 
rock salt to taste 
1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder 
1/4 teaspoon dry mint powder 
¼ teaspoon chaat masala
nylon sev 
1/2 cup green coriander leaves chopped for garnish 
1/2 cup green chutney 
1/2 cup red chutney 
1/2 cup sweet chutney

Recipe instructions:
Boil the sprouts for 2 minutes and strain the water if you are using sprouts in the chaat.
Make holes in pani puri.
Mash potatoes and add salt  and rock salt to taste, dry mint powder, chopped onions and mix well.
Now fill the potato mixture along with some sprouts or boiled white chickpea.
Add green chutney, red chutney to taste.
Now fill whipped curd as per requirement, some people like it less, while some like more.
Add sweet chutney,Pomegranate seeds, sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, garnish with green coriander leaves and nylons sev. 
Yummy Dahi puri chaat is ready. Serve immediately.
Some people like this dish with less curd and some like it with more curd, you can prepare accodingly.
