Recipe
ingredients:
100 gm karaunde
2 tbsp sugar/Jaggery ( or as per taste )
1 tbsp refined oil
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
Recipe instructions:
Wash the karunde, cut into two parts horizontally and remove the seeds.
Take a bowl, add all the spices with 1/2 tbsp water and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and fennel seeds, when they crackle, add the Karaunde and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Mix the spices paste and cook for two minutes.
Add sugar/Jaggery to taste and mix well.
Turn off the gas. Yummy karaunde ki sabji is ready to serve.

salt to taste
1 tbsp refined oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon black cumin seeds
4-5 fenugreek seeds
