Best hair care tips


Women are very conscious about their hair, may be long hair or short hair. They want their hair smooth, silky and shiny , dandruff free healthy hair. We will discuss about how to take care of your hair at home without any expensive hair care products.
First step in hair care is keeping your hair clean. You should shampoo your hair twice a week during winters and thrice a week during summers. Because the sweat during summers attract dust which blocks the pores of your scalp. Remember, always use a chemical free shampoo for washing your hair. This will maintain the shine of your health and reduce your hair fall.
Next is apply a hair oil that suits your hair type on a regular basis, and give a gentle massage to your scalp for about 15 minutes. If you don't like the stickiness of oil, apply it at night and washed off in the morning. You should choose a hair oil according to your hair. If your hair are oily, use less oily hair oil like Amla or Navratan oil. This will reduce your hair fall. If your hair is dry, use coconut oil, Olive oil  or any greasy oil of your choice. Castor oil is also very good for dry hair.


During winters, after hair oil massage, dip a towel in hot water and cover it on your head to give steam to your hair, so blocked pores gets open.

Apply henna every 15 days, weather your hair is grey or black. It will not only control your hair fall, but will enhance new hair growth and will give your hair shine and bounce.
You can add tea water, coffee powder, egg, fenugreek seeds powder, gooseberry powder and also beetroot juice if you want to cover your greys.
Avoid using Hair spray, Hair drier, straightener unless it is very necessary. Because they are very harmful for your hair.
After shampoo, if you feel you hair is very dry, then apply a paste of white clay ( Multani mitti ) and curd and rinse with water. This will work like natural conditioner.
Feed your hair with healthy food. Include Gooseberry, curry leaves, black cumin, (fish for non-vegetarian people ), Coconut in your daily diet for healthy and strong hair.


Skin care routine


Women love makeup. But be aware ! make up is the biggest enemy of your skin. Avoid applying makeup every day and try to make you skin beautiful, supple, soft and flawless with these beauty tips.
If you are using makeup for any event, don't forget to remove it immediately after you are back home.

Use a clean pillow while sleeping at night. Drink sufficient water for glowing skin, also drink Coconut water at regular intervals. As mentioned earlier, gooseberry is not only good for hair, but also a Miracle for your skin. Now take a tooth pick and apply the paste around the pimple leaving a small space in the center.

.For removing makeup, use raw milk instead of any makeup remover. You can also use it for everyday cleansing at night.
Dip a cotton in raw milk and clean your face, you will see all the dirt on the cotton.
For removing dead skin and scars from your skin, apply Papaya pulp on your face for 10 minutes and wash your face with water.

We all know that natural ingredients are good for our skin, but sometimes, due to lack of time, we are unable to use these home remedies.
To overcome this problem, we need to know about some organic and Branded products, which can be used when we are short at time.
For cleaning your face, Himalaya face washes are best. I like the Neem face wash by Himalaya.
Patanjali shampoo are best organic shampoo for your hair. You can choose from Aloe vera for oily hair, neem tulsi for dandruff and milk protien for dry hair.
Patanjali body cleanser are also very good, like Mogra, Rose and Sandal wood.
Himalaya kajal is also very good for your eyes as it is chemical free, so you can use it in daily routine, instead of using chemical liners or eye pencils.
In body lotions, Nivea is the best. These lotions keep your skin hydrated for long duration compared to others.
As far as lip balm is concerned, you can go for Himalaya or Patanjali lip balm, both are organic and of good quality.


Skin Pigmentation


Disorders of pigmentation present as skin that is discolored, blotchy, or darker or lighter than normal. 
Pigmentation on skin is due to two reasons, sun exposure  and Uterus problems.
If Pigmentation is due to Uterus problems, you need to consult a Gynecologist, because applying any thing won't help in this problem.
If it is due to Sun exposure, apply curd mask daily. 
At night, take 1 teaspoon fresh aloe vera juice and ¼ teaspoon neem leaves juice, combine them.
Now massage with it with gentle hands on the affected area for 5 minutes and leave it overnight.
Wash your face in the morning, you will see positive results in a week.


Eye care tips for beautiful eyes


For the good health of your eyes, Gooseberry, Triphla, carrot juice and black peppers, spinach, nuts  are good food.
Use I tone eye drops with the consultation of your doctor. It is an Ayurvedic eye drops and very popular for everyday eye care routine.
When your eyes feel tired, keep tea bags or cucumber pieces on your closed eyes and rest for 15 minutes.

If you are having light eyebrows and eyelashes, apply castor oil on them at night and also apply eyebrow pencil on eyebrow. You will notice the good results in few weeks.
Always remove eye make completely before going to bed. Use raw milk for cleaning eye make up.
Swelling under the eye is often a result from accumulation of water, so avoid salty, spicy food and Alcohol.


Full body care routine


We are always concerned about our face, but often neglect out body. Our body also needs our attention. In our busy life, if we don't get time to take care of our body, we can pamper our body at least once a week.
First of all trim and file your nails. Remove the old nail paint. Dip your hands and feet in warm water and salt.
Remove unwanted hair with the help of ready to use cold wax strips available in the market.
When you sieve the flour in the kitchen, some scrap is left out.
You will be amazed to know that it is a magical body cleanser. Just mix it with milk to make a thick batter like paste.

Now scrub your whole body with this paste for 8 to 10 minutes and take a shower.
Don't use soap or any other body cleanser. Your whole body skin will become soft, supple and glowing.
While scrubbing, you will see all the dirt coming out and the paste will change its colour to blackish.
All the dirt which is not coming out with the soap will come out with this scrubber and you will feel light.
During summers, you wont need to apply any body lotion after this scrub, but during winters apply olive to your body, coconut oil is also good or you may go for organic body lotion.


Dental care


A beautiful smile wins the hearts of millions.
And for a beautiful smile, clean, white shiny teeth are necessary.
We often brush our teeth carelessly, which causes several dental problems like cavities, bad breath, yellow teeth, which spoils our beauty.
Make a routine to brush twice a day, i.e morning and night properly.

First, take some salt and a few drops of mustard oil and massage it gently on your teeth, then brush your teeth with a neem paste before going to bed.
In the morning, massage your teeth with Patanjali herbal tooth powder, leave it for 5 minutes and then brush with a clove oil toothpaste.
This routine will keep your teeth away from all the dental problems like payaria, cavity, yellow teeth, bad breath.
Use a good quality toothbrush and replace it every month.

Always, stay hydrated by drinking sufficient quantity of water for good health of your lips.
Do Not touch or lick your lips
During winters, always carry an organic lip balm and use it when they become dry.
Remove lipstick, as soon as you are back to home with raw milk..
Use branded lipstick, avoid using it in routine life.
For naturally rosy pink lips, take few rose petals and half teaspoon white butter, make a fine paste and apply it on your lips overnight.
You will notice naturally pink lips in few weeks.
You can keep the paste in the refrigerator for a few days.
You can also use Saffron thread with butter for naturally pink lips.


Nail care tips


Keep your fingernails dry and clean, trim them once a week.
If you have a bad habit of biting nails, stop it.
While applying nail paint, apply a base coat for protection.
Keep your nails nail paint free once a week to let them breath.

Use good quality nail paint, bad quality nail paint will make them dry and harsh.
Also use a good quality nail paint remover.
Take a proper intake of Calcium in the form of Dairy products, nuts and green vegetables.
Healthy and pink nails reveals your good health.


Healthy weight chart


Maintain a healthy weight chart, because all your efforts for looking beautiful will be in vain if you are overweight.
Avoid eating junk food and sweets on a daily basis, instead go for healthy homemade food.
Increase intake of fresh foods and salads for good health and weight.

Blackheads on the nose is a very common problem among Ladies. If your skin is oily, the problem becomes worse.
Normally, hair grows from hair follicles in the pores, and the sebum-producing sebaceous glands lie underneath. When these pores are clogged, the dead skin cells in the open pores react with oxygen in the air and turn black, forming a blackhead.
Avoid using cosmetics if you have oily skin. Don't squeeze them out, because it will result in open pores and scars on the skin.
After shower, gently rub with a towel on your nose and chin, more than half black heads will disappear.

Next use masks made of clay, egg white, tomatoes and Aloe Vera to reduce the black heads.
Clean your face with raw milk and water before going to bed.
Apply Neem paste on your nose and chin for 10 minutes and wash with water.
Don't apply black head strips or don't go for expensive and painful parlor treatment because they will make the situation worse.
