Now we need to chop the vegetables. We will require half the vegetables finely chopped and half sliced. Add pinch of salt to them.
Heat a non stick pan.
Place the pizza on it, flip when cooked from one side, brush with some refined oil or cow ghee and flip again.
After frying it from both sides on medium flame, low down the flame, place the sliced vegetables over it carefully and spread Mozzarella cheese over it.
- Knead the dough medium, not soft and not very hard.
- Cook on medium flame first and on low flame after adding toppings, so that crispy bottom will be formed and Pizza will not burn.
