Kadhai Paneer recipe
Kadhai Paneer recipe is a Cottage cheese recipe made with large chunks of Capsicum, Onion and tomato in a spicy masala. There are so many recipes available on internet, some make it with a gravy, but to my observation, kadhai Paneer is a bit dry vegetable without gravy. This dish is called kadhai paneer because it is cooked in a kadhai.
You can also use a blend of dry roasted masala which include 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2 teaspoon coriander seeds, 2 dry red chili and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
I have not used it because I already have coriander cumin powder and I have used bay leaf and garam masala and red chili powder instead.
