Mogri are Green Radish pods, available during winter season. It has an exclusive taste and not much spices or ingredients are required. This vegetable is made with potato, or yellow lentil chunks, but I have tried an innovative recipe of Mogri with curd gravy and it really cam out too good. Very simple and quick recipe can be prepared under 10 minutes. Only the time required is for cleaning it.
Radish pods are rich in ascorbic acid, Folic acid, potassium. they are good source of vitamin B6, calcium, copper and magnesium.
So, let us start the healthy recipe.

Preparation time -  10 minutes

Servings - 2 to 3

Recipe ingredients:

250 gm Radish pods 
1 cup curd
1 cup cilantro
1 big onion
1 green chili
1/2 inch ginger
1 tbsp refined oil
1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
pinch of dry mint powder

Recipe instrucions:
Break the top and bottom portion of the Radish pods. I have kept the long, you can chop them into small pieces if you wish.
Chop the onion finely.

Wash the cilantro and green chili and grind them to a coarse paste along with ginger.
Heat 1 tbsp refined oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, when they crackle, add chopped onions and saute till they turn pink.

Now add the coarse paste of cilantro and green chili and saute for a minute.
Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, cumin powder and mix well.

Finally, add the Radish pods and saute for two minutes and turn off the gas.

Add 1 tbsp water to the curd and whip it. Add it to the cooked vegetable and mix well. Sprinkle dry mint powder.
Delicious and healthy Mogri ki sabji is ready to serve.

You just need to take care that Radish pods are not cooked.
We just have to saute it for less than 2 minutes. This will give a crunchy taste and will enhance the taste of vegetable.
