Mixed vegetable curry
Mixed vegetable curry is my new innovative recipe. Winter is the best season to eat healthy, so many colorful vegetables and fruits are available in the market.
But cold and cough is also very common problem these days. When you suffer from these, you don,t feel like eating anything, same was my situation 2-3 days back and so innovated this yummy, quick, healthy and cold relief recipe. My family loved it, so decided to share it.
Mixed vegetable curry is very easy to prepare with a short span of time and can be served with rice or chapati or both.
I have used lots of ginger and garlic along with vegetables to get relief from cold. I have used vegetables which were available in my home, you can add more vegetables of your choice to this dish. You can also increase the quantity of corn flour if you want more thick gravy. This recipe is bit spicy, so not recommended for kids. So, let us start the recipe.
