Moong Bajra dosa is my latest innovative Breakfast recipe. It is full of nutrition with minimum oil.
I have mentioned about pearl millet benefits in my previous recipe. In Moong Bajra dosa, I have also used Moong beans ( whole green gram ) which has made this recipe more healthy. Moong beans are packed with healthy nutrients and are high in antioxidants. They are rich in Potassium , Magnesium and Fiber and low in carbs.
Moong Bajra dosa is not only healthy but very delicious in taste, so you can push more nutrition into your kids tummy by serving this recipe.
Use non-stick pan to prepare this recipe, only few drops of oil are required on non-stick. So, let us start the recipe.
