Soybean dates laddu is my new innovative recipe of winter laddu.
Soybean is high in protein,fiber, a source of antioxidants and a good source of omega 3 fatty acids.
Dates are also good antioxidants, they help maintain bone mass and contain a brain booster.
We like to eat dates as they taste good, but we don,t like to eat soybean because it does not taste very good.
So, I tried this innovative recipe of soybean dares laddu, which came out very good.
I have made this laddu sugar free and used minimum ghee to make them healthiest.
Main ingredients are soy chunks, wheat flour and dates along with dry fruits, black pepper, cardamom and some cow ghee.
Best recipe for winters, because dates and dry fruits keep our body warm.
I have used soy chunks instead of soy flour. This is a quick recipe.
You can also make this recipe with jaggery, if you don,t want to use dates. But that won,t be sugar free. But jaggery is healthy as compared to sugar and also keeps our body warm so you can use it if you wish. So, let us start the recipe.
