Fruit Rabri recipe
This Fruit Rabri recipe is sugar free, so totally healthy. So many fruits are available in winter season, best time to make Fruit recipes like Fruit custard, Fruit raita, Fruit cream etc.
I have already shared Fruit Custard and Fruit raita recipe and those were hit recipes.
I hope you like this one also because it is sugar free because I did some experiment using dates instead of sugar.
You can also skip dates and use sugar as per taste.
I have used full cream milk with Apple, banana, Naseberry
( chikoo ) and Pomegranate seeds with some dry fruits.
You can add more fruits of your choice, but it is advised to avoid sour fruits because sour fruits and milk does not get along.
I tried this recipe for the first time and it came out so good, everybody liked it very much. I hope you will like this recipe, so let us start.

Servings -3-4
Recipe Ingredients:
1liter full cream milk ( Gold )
1 cup dates ( de seed )
2 Banana
3 medium Naseberry ( chikoo )
1 big Apple
1/2 cup Pomegranate seeds
1/4 tea spoon cardamom powder
5-6 cashew nuts
4-5 Almonds
8-10 raisins
Recipe instructions:
Wash and soak the dates in hot milk for about 15 minutes.
Grind it to a smooth paste in a grinder.
Chop the dry fruits.
Peel and chop all the fruits into medium chunks.
Heat rest of the milk in a heavy bottom pan.
Add chopped Cashew nuts and Almonds.
Boil it on high flame for 10 minutes.
Add the cardamom powder and dates paste and cook on high flame stirring occasionally till the milk remains half in quantity.
Turn off the gas and add raisins.
Let it cool completely.
Refrigerate it for an hour. Add all the chopped fruits and serve chilled.
Delicious and healthy sugar free Fruit Rabri is ready.
You can increase the quantity of dates, if like it more sweet.
If you don,t want to use dates, you can prepare it with regular sugar.
