Raw Banana Paratha
Raw Banana Paratha , sounds interesting right ? It is really relishing as well as healthy recipe. Fruits are a powerhouse of nutrients equally both in its raw and ripe form.
Raw Banana is mainly used as a substitute of Potato in Jain families, because they don,t eat Potato and onion. It tastes like Potato. I have used onion in this recipe, but you can skip it if you don,t want it. I always try variety in Paratha and shared many unique recipes of Paratha earlier which were liked very much.
I hope you like this one as well. Banana used in this recipe should be completely raw. So, let us start the amazing recipe.

Make a round ball of the dough and roll it with the rolling pin, apply some ghee/oil, spread some stuffing, cover the edges and roll it again with light hands in a round shape Paratha.
Put the Paratha on the hot skillet, flip after 2 minutes, apply some ghee or oil and flip it again after 2 minutes and shallow fry till golden in color from both the sides.
Prepare all the Paratha in the same way and serve with tomato ketchup or chutney of your choice.
