Raagi Lauki Paratha
Raagi Lauki Paratha is a very healthy gluten-free breakfast . Very simple and quick recipe to prepare. Raagi is rich in calcium,so good for 30+ women. I was feeling that my bones were getting weaker. After I added Raagi in my daily diet, the pain and cramp were gone.
So let us start the recipe.
Recipe ingredients:
1 cup Raggi flour
1/2 Cup grated bottle gourd ( Lauki )
Salt to taste
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic, ginger and green chili paste
Refined oil or cow ghee for shallow fry as per requirement
Recipe instructions:
Combine all the ingredients to a mixing bowl and knead a fine dough by adding some water if required.
Heat a non-stick skillet.
Take two plastic sheet, make a round ball of the dough with light hands and flatten it with your palm.
Place it between the two sheets and roll lightly.
Place it gently over the skillet.
Cook it in low flame for 5 minutes.
Flip it and again cook for 5 minutes.
Brush some oil or ghee over it flip again and cook till it become brown and crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
