A very healthy Indian version of pasta which is yummy. I have added more vegetables to make it healthier, so you can cook it often for your children without worrying about their health.

Pasta ordered from outside is very oily, spicy and unhealthy. So you cannot eat it very often. But this one is best.

So let us start the recipe.

Recipe ingredients:

2 Cup pasta ( I have used pipe pasta, you can use any of your choice )

1 Cup onion sliced

1 Cup Capsicum sliced

1 Cup carrot sliced

1 tbsp refined oil

Salt to taste

2  teaspoon pasta masala

3 red Tomato

1 tbsp Tomato ketchup

1 bay leaf

3 garlic clove

Recipe instructions:

Take 2 glass of water in a pan and boil it. Add a few drops of refined oil and pasta and cook for 3 minutes. Turn off the gas and cover a lid and leave for 5 minutes.

Strain the water and wash with cold water.

Leave it in a strainer.

Heat 1 teaspoon refined oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, garlic and half onion and saute for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes and coo till they become soft.

Turn off the flame and let it cool. Remove the bay leaf. Grind it to a smooth paste.

Now heat the rest of the refined oil in a non stick pan.

Add  rest of the onions and saute for 2 minutes on low flame.

Add Capsicum and carrot and saute till they become soft.

Add pasta masala, Salt to taste and Tomato onion puree and mix well.

Add Tomato ketchup and cook for 2 minutes.

Finally add the boiled pasta, mix well and turn off the flame.

Yummy and healthy Pasta is ready to serve.
