Dal paneer dosa
Dal paneer dosa is an innovative recipe. Tried it yesterday and it came out so good.
I have used mixed dal and paneer as main ingredients. I have also used some mozzarella cheese, you can skip it if you don't like it. So, let's start the recipe.
1 Cup mixed Dal ( lentil )
1 tbsp semolina
2 teaspoon curd
1 green chili
1/2 inch ginger
1 Cup mozzarella cheese
1 Cup cottage cheese ( paneer )
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt to taste
Fresh chopped coriander leaves
Refined oil 1 tbsp approximately
Soak the mixed lentil in water for 7 to 8 hours.
Grind it to a smooth paste, add salt to taste and cover a lid and leave it overnight.
In the morning, make paste of green chili and ginger and add it to the batter.
Add 2 tbsp semolina and 2 teaspoon curd also to the batter and mix well.
Rest for 10 minutes.
Now add chili flakes and oregano along with raisins to the cottage cheese and mix well.
Heat a skillet,don,t use non stick pan.
Pour a ladle full of batter on the skillet on high flame and spread it evenly.
Low down the flame and spread cottage cheese and then grated mozzarella cheese.
Add few drops of refined oil around the dosa when the sides become brown and crispy.
Fold the dosa carefully and serve it with dip or Tomato ketchup.
Yummy and healthy paneer cheese dosa is ready.
