 Mint coriander chutney


Mint coriander chutney is a yummy appetizer. Simple chutney recipe which goes well with roti, paratha, sandwich and all types of chaat.

Recipe ingredients:

2 Cup fresh coriander leaves

1 spicy green chili

4 to 5 Fresh mint leaves

3 to 4 curry leaves

1/2 inch ginger

3 cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Pinch of rock salt

Salt to taste

Recipe instructions:

Clean and wash coriander leaves.

Remove skin of garlic and ginger.

Wash Mint and curry leaves.

Combine all the ingredients in a grinder and make a smooth paste. Add little water if required. Delicious Mint coriander chutney is ready. Serve with roti, paratha or use it in sandwich or chaat.
