Oats Jaggery Kheer
Oats Jaggery Kheer is a delicious Creamy dessert which can be prepared in just 5 minutes.
It is very healthy and tastes great.
Let's start.
Recipe ingredients:
1 glass milk
1 tbsp rolled oats
1/2 tbsp Jaggery
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
5 chopped almonds
5 chopped cashews
Other dry fruits if you wish
Recipe instructions:
Boil a glass of milk in a pan.
Add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits.
Now add 1 tbsp rolled oats and cook stirring for 3 to 4 minutes.
Turn off the flame.
Finally add jaggery and mix well.
Garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve hot in winter and chilled in summer.
Add Jaggery after turning the flame off otherwise the milk will curdle.
This recipe is very simple and quick and can be prepared with minimum ingredients.
Oats, dry fruits and Jaggery all are good for health, so healthy sweet you can have often.
I eat it as a breakfast evey alternate day.
